It is our endeavour to provide you with the best possible customer service and hence we permit Exchange as long as the product(s) are unused, unwashed, defective/damaged, and are returned in saleable condition with all its original packaging, tags, and invoices.

You are required to inform us within 7 days of receiving the package by contacting our Customer Care Team with your order number and the product(s) you wish to Exchange, else the goods will be considered sold and no further requests will be entertained. Customer are responsible for covering the cost of reverse shipping charges Which is 200/-. If you wish return a product at our warehouse , no reverse shipping charges will be levied on your Exchange .

 We will process your request within 2 business days after reviewing the request.

  • You are requested to contact the customer care team within 7 days of receiving the order. Any request received after the 7 days window is not eligible for Exchange
  • Customer are responsible for covering the cost of reverse shipping charges which is 200/- if customer ship the product at our warehouse no deduction of 200/- if customer ship it back to us
  • Our customer service team will review the request and process it within 2 business days.
  • We will organize the pickup from you through our logistics partners. You are requested to keep the package ready with all original packing, tags, and invoice copies.
  • In the event of the unavailability of a reverse pick-up facility from your address, you are requested to please courier your order back to us.   • Once we receive the products , Our team will initiate the exchange procedure and will ensure your dispatch on time .
  • Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
  • Brand Do not have any control over logistics partner’s process . Therefore only estimates for the delivery timeline can be provided . If a product delivered late by logistics partner and customer refuse to accept the shipment , the customer will be liable to such cases , and the brand will not bear any responsibility .

  • We will not be responsible if wrong product is handover by you to the delivery person at time of pickup.
  • Customer are allowed only one exchange with size adjustments permitted . If a customer insists on exchanging more than once, the brand will not accommodate the request.
